Media & Gaming is a systems and service provider to the global wagering & gaming industries. Media & Gaming was founded in 2000, and in 2001 it developed the world's first mobile Java betting application. It 2008, M&G secured a license from the jurisdiction of Alderney which allows the company to operate Typhoon Pools — a global, parimutuel sports wagering business which exploits the revolutionary aspects of PowerSource's Typhoon™ wagering & gaming system. Typhoon Pools will launch in early September 2008.

Data Channel Australia is a broadband disseminator of wagering information and they are partnering with PowerSource on the development of a number of innovative wagering and gaming products designed to create exciting new niches in an increasingly competitive market. This cooperative effort has resulted in the productisation of the Reactix system which facilitates interactivity in conjunction with all forms of mainstream media: TV, radio and print.

Australasian Gaming Specialists is an Australian company which provides unique technical solutions to the world-wide wagering and gaming industry. AGS' principal product is the Video Sub System (VSS) which is the premiere display system for keno systems in the world today. In 1998, AGS supplied the VSS to ACT TAB for its keno operations; since early 2000 the VSS has been deployed in more than 1,000 keno outlets in New South Wales; since 2003, South Australian Lotteries have used the VSS to drive sales of their state-wide keno product. Recently, Unitab chose the AGS Video Sub System for its keno upgrade in Queensland. PowerSource, M&G and AGS are persuing wagering & gaming opportunities throughout the world by combining their complementary expertise.

Wildcard Innovations develops electronic consumer products and also offers engineering consulting services. Wildcard and PowerSource team together on projects where the availability of an experienced team combining both hardware and software engineering expertise is required.
