Data Channel Australia

In 1998, 1999, and 2000, PowerSource worked with Data Channel Australia, a disseminator of wagering information to devise a number of innovative new wagering concepts.

In 2004, on-going joint research and development culminated with the productisation of Reactix — a secure, high performance message handling and transaction processing platform that allows cellular devices to be used interactively in conjunction with all mainstream media, including TV, radio and print via SMS and the mobile internet.

In particular, Reactix facilitates personalised interactive television.

The Reactix platform was the result of a collaboration between PowerSource, Data Channel Australia and Concurrent Computer Corporation.
