AusTOTE provides a totalisator betting service from the Australian external territory of Norfolk Island. Before being granted their operating license, AusTOTE were required by the Norfolk Island Gaming Authority to submit their computerised betting system for regulatory compliance testing. The Norfolk Island Legislative Assembly named PowerSource as a authorised compliance tester.

In 2004, AusTOTE retained PowerSource to conduct compliance testing on behalf of the Norfolk Island Gaming Authority.
